Senior Audit Manager - East Texas/West Louisiana

Hybrid-Remote Flexibility | Base Comp to $170K

Average Busy Season under 50 Hours | Clear Path To Partnership

This is not a plug-and-play leadership role buried under layers of review and red tape.

Our client, a well-respected CPA firm in East Texas, is looking for an Audit Senior Manager who wants real ownership.

You will lead audit engagements with autonomy, guide a strong team, and partner directly with clients who value insight and relationship, not just compliance.

What You Will Do

• Lead full-cycle audit engagements across a diverse client base
• Coach, mentor, and develop seniors and staff with clear growth pathways for them and for you
• Set and uphold high standards in planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships
• Review complex workpapers and provide insight, not just edits
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and add value beyond the audit by providing consulting services around buy-sell transactions, M&A activities, etc.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong audit focus
• Proven supervisory or management experience
• Active CPA license
• Ability to balance leadership, client communication, and technical excellence
• A present, engaged leader who enjoys developing people, not managing from behind the curtain
