Up to $125 bonus for taking 5 days off in a row. 10 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays Wellness Programs We are a PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Employer. Student loan repayment options Pet Insurance Qualifications Required Education: Masters or better in Social Work or related field. Licenses & Certifications Required: LMSW Duties and Responsibilities Hire and oversee department personnel. Direct training for agency staff. Coordinate department activities, assignments, and priorities. Provide oversight and compliance with standards and regulations. Direct staff in treatment and support planning. Coordinate with clinical staff for service provision. Supervise traditional case management functions. Verify and approve exceptions to provider budgets.
