Marketing Manager

Role Description

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager that is the primary strategist and point of contact for key client accounts. Marketing Managers work closely with clients to align marketing efforts with their business goals and will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and deliverables including marketing retainers, branding projects, and website projects.

This role requires someone with strong communication skills, who can proactively problem-solve, manage projects efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in digital marketing or at a marketing agency (preferably both).

Responsibilities & Duties

• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and trust.
• Strategic Expertise: Provide high-quality, valuable strategic consulting services on each and every client account.
• Collaborative Marketing Leadership: Organize specialty teams to conduct discovery for strategic understanding of clients’ audiences, market, competitors, goals, and branding.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance, gather data, and apply insights to optimize strategies.
• Communication: Facilitate clear, compelling communication in client meetings, emails, and presentations.
• Problem-Solving: Address client challenges and internal process improvements swiftly and effectively.
• Client Forecasting: Identify opportunities for improvement and/or account growth to support the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a strategic marketing position, agency experience preferred.
• Must be a problem-solver, able to react quickly to new or complex client requests.
• Must be personable and able to develop great working relationships with clients and internal team members alike.
• Must have excellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to juggle competing demands.
• Must be a great presenter who can confidently and persuasively sell work and ideas.
• Must be resilient and positive, even in difficult situations.

Requirements

• Marketing Prowess: Thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, etc.
