MDS Coordinator/Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview We are currently seeking Full‑Time MDS Registered Nurses (RN) who possess excellent organizational, leadership, assessment, and documentation skills. MDS experience in a long‑term care setting and a Registered Nursing license in the state of Missouri are required. Responsibilities Proficiently use electronic health record systems; familiarity with MatrixCare EHR software is a plus. Ensure thorough documentation supporting the level of care provided. Collaborate closely with the inter‑disciplinary team. Obtain accurate reimbursement for Medicare under the Prospective Payment System (PDPM) and for Medicaid through the Case Mix System. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits. Qualifications MDS experience in a long‑term care setting. Registered Nursing license in Missouri. Proficiency with electronic health record systems; MatrixCare EHR experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Missouri Case Mix and the Case Mix System.
