CRVCID No.731115 About the Role Weare seeking a highly organised and motivated ProjectOfficer to join our Infrastructure team. Working within a collaborative and fast-pacedenvironment, you will provide comprehensive project support to theintegrated project team. This includes coordinating projectactivities, maintaining documentation and reporting, supportingstakeholder engagement, and assisting with project governanceprocesses. Thisrole offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projectsthat improve health service environments, while developing yourproject management and stakeholder engagement skills within asupportive team environment. Key responsibilities Scoping, developing anddocumenting project and program plans in collaboration withstakeholders. Coordinating andimplementing project activities in line with agreed timelines,deliverables and governance requirements. Monitoring projectperformance and preparing progress reports for internal andexternal stakeholders. Undertaking needs and riskanalysis and contribute to business cases, strategic plans andreports. Investigating data sourcesand undertaking analysis to support projectdeliverables. Maintaining accurate projectdocumentation, reporting and record managementsystems. Ensuring high-quality datagovernance and compliance with CAHS and national reportingstandards. Therole is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills,attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing prioritieswhile contributing positively to a team-focusedenvironment. About our Team CAHSInfrastructure team lead and deliver health infrastructure projectsto better enable clinical services. Across our health service, weseek to ensure facilities meet the needs of our young patients andtheir families, now, and in the future. These projects range fromminor works through to large capital works managed in partnershipwith the Department of Housing and Works. Projects are identified and forecast as partofour Infrastructure Program and in alignment with the CAHS StrategicAsset Plan to ensure facilities are well managed, and current andfuture infrastructure needs are met. CAHScurrently have a number of projects with timelines until2030.
