Qualifications Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. Experience: 1–5 years in architecture or engineering design. Certifications: OSHA 10, and professional credentials such as RA, PE, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, RICS preferred. Skills: Client management, time management, Microsoft Office/Excel, technical writing, CAD/BIM, construction scheduling. Other: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, English proficiency, ability to travel ~15% of time. Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects within budgets and deadlines. Manage day‑to‑day project operations, including scope, budget, and status reporting. Review deliverables, ensure compliance with contracts and Hillmann protocol. Track and report hours, manage project budget, and facilitate team and client meetings. Communicate project information to clients, team, and leadership; deliver presentations. Develop client relationships, identify opportunities for new projects, and maintain satisfaction.
