Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to deliver effective treatment for individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client records are up to date and secure.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

You will be working with a diverse client demographic that includes individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, based on experience and qualifications, supplemented by unlimited earning potential through performance bonuses.
