Key Responsibilities

• Participate in shared weekday on-call duties, with weekend on-call responsibilities alongside two other physicians.
• Ensure that all patients discharged are rounded on by 10 AM.
• Work exclusively with an adolescent patient population, ages 4-11 and 12-18.
• Provide care in an inpatient setting with an average patient census of 20-25, divided among physicians.

Qualifications

• Completion of fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry is mandatory.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $185.00 to $230.00, subject to various factors including the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
• All rates are inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
• Weekly payment is provided, and we negotiate competitive compensation on your behalf.
