Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide critical care for adult patients in a high-acuity environment. Candidates will be responsible for managing complex medical cases and administering advanced therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, COVID, CHF, COPD, renal failure, and various post-surgical cases.
• Administer and titrate IV medications, vasoactive drips, and manage ventilator support with proficiency.
• Perform procedural tasks including central line care/removal, and manage CRRT, IABP, and therapeutic hypothermia treatments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including RTs and physicians, to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical interventions during code situations.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 1 year of critical care experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proven competency in managing vasoactive medications, ventilators, CRRT, and post-code care.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Must be able to titrate drips and perform invasive procedures as required.
