Utilities Clerk - 074 Dallas Fort Worth-Garland Road (ages 16-17) Location: 11445 Garland Rd., Dallas, TX 75218, United States Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to the public and co‑workers. Assist customers on the store floor and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Properly bag groceries and carry out groceries for customers when requested. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store, including the produce department. Retrieve and store carts, run price checks, assist with go‑backs, and maintain check stand upkeep. Remove waste from the parking area and perform routine physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds. Follow written and oral instructions and present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings. Qualifications Read and write Spanish and English fluently; interact effectively with the general public and co‑workers. Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally. Basic computer skills using PC and Outlook. Retail Management Certificate (preferred).
