Responsibilities
Connect with local community members to understand their personal financial and protection goals.
Explain various product options clearly to help clients make informed decisions about their future.
Nurture ongoing relationships by checking in with clients regularly to ensure their coverage evolves as their life does.
Collaborate with the office staff to share insights and create a supportive environment for everyone.
Participate in local events to build visibility and trust within the Vancouver area.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure personalized and timely follow-up.
Requirements
At least two years of professional sales or customer-facing experience.
Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and building rapport with new people.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex details in simple terms.
Proficiency with basic digital tools and computer systems for tracking progress.
Strong desire to help individuals find the protection and stability they need.
A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
