Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to understand their personal or business protection needs.
Evaluate current coverage gaps and suggest appropriate solutions that provide actual peace of mind.
Manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities through local networking and referrals.
Process policy updates and help existing clients navigate their insurance plans with care.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure every detail is handled correctly.
Collaborate with the agency owner to reach our shared goals for growth and community presence.
Requirements
Washington State Property and Casualty insurance license.
Two years of professional experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
Clear and articulate verbal communication style.
Ability to solve problems independently while staying focused on client needs.
