Home Care Worker OpportunityUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Oak Park, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their homes. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobilityProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAssist with meal preparation and feeding as neededHelp with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environmentAdminister medications according to care plan and company protocolsObserve and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to supervisorsFollow all safety procedures and maintain client confidentialityRequirementsPrevious experience in home care or related field is an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliableAbility to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periodsAbility to pass background checksValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is a plusBenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a monthFlexible work schedulesTraining and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and friendly work environmentOpportunities to make a meaningful difference in people’s livesAbout the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of personalized home care services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
