Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Pennsylvania state license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students, individually and in groups
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results to guide intervention plans
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
• Document progress, maintain accurate reports, and comply with all federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support students’ academic and social success
• Offer resources and training to staff and families to optimize communication strategies in school settings
