This full-time contract position is based near Scranton, providing support in a well-established educational environment with a diverse student population. You’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support staff to make a difference in students’ communication and academic achievements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid and current SLP license for Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Ability to manage a K-12 caseload
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and educational documentation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed and timely records, including progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
• Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as required
