In this setting, you will:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hold an active SLP license for the state
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Skill in supporting students at the early childhood and elementary levels
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to support varying caseloads (preference is considered)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teaching staff and families to develop tailored strategies and interventions
• Adapt approaches to serve a diverse student population with a wide range of needs
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing caseload management
