Ive been honored to serve as a State Farm agent since 2013 and value myself on bringing a deep commitment to integrity, community, and exceptional customer service. Our agency is a close-knit team of six dedicated professionals, and together weve built one of the strongest reputations in the area. We are consistently ranked in the top 15% of State Farm agencies in Ohio a reflection of our expertise, consistency, and the kindness and professionalism our customers experience every day. Beyond the office, community involvement is important to me, and Ive spent many years volunteering as a coach for girls travel softball teams and continue to mentor young female athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Our agency has earned multiple State Farm awards and recognitions, and we celebrate our achievements through incentive programs, team lunches, and office outings. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brian Davis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
