Part-Time Office Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Open and organize incoming mail
Scan and upload documents
Organize office files and workspace
Assist with administrative tasks
Help with Spanish-speaking client calls and follow-ups (preferred)

Qualifications:

Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable using computers and office systems
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
No legal experience required — we will train the right person

Schedule:

10–20 hours per week to start with flexible scheduling.

Compensation:

$18–$25/hour depending on experience.
