Family Law Legal Assistant

Kelley Kronenberg is hiring a Legal Assistant to join its growing Family Law team in Miami! This role will directly support a Partner in a growing division at the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to make an impact and is driven to exceed expectations. If you are interested in joining a growing team and have a background in family law, this may be the job for you! Responsibilities Prepares routine or complex legal documents for review by attorneys. Forward e‑service documents to clients. Manage attorney calendars. Coordinate hearings, depositions, and client meetings. E‑files all necessary case documents with appropriate courts. Answer incoming client phone calls. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in family law. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
