About the Role We are seeking a Junior Media Planner & Buyer with a background in digital media to join our Phoenix team. This role combines hands-on campaign management, media buying, and performance analytics to help deliver integrated campaigns for our clients. We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, is detail-oriented, eager to learn and uses data to guide decisions across the entire media landscape. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a passion for digital media, and has baseline experience with paid ads in Meta and Google. This position will assist the Senior Buyer in monitoring, optimizing, building, and reporting for assigned accounts. What You'll Do Media Buying & Campaign Management Assist in building out and maintaining campaigns across digital platforms - Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, etc. Actively monitor accounts and flag optimizations or areas of improvement Work with the larger team to develop comprehensive reports for clients Become comfortable working with partners to negotiate digital media buys, ensuring competitive rates, added value, and effective placement Manage media vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, and identify new opportunities that align with client objectives Oversee vendor billing, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking in partnership with the Accounting Department Qualifications: What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, and digital campaign management, preferably within an advertising agency Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising campaigns General understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major digital advertising platforms Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis Ability to independently manage multiple accounts, budgets, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary and benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) Hybrid flexibility and a collaborative, fast-paced environment Dog-friendly offices A supportive culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and growth Opportunities to work on meaningful campaigns that make a difference Exposure to a diverse mix of clients, industries, and media channels Our Mission For more than three decades, Riester has inspired people to take action on issues that matter.
