About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Claims Transformation Initiative Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives within its Global Claims Transformation team. This leadership role is pivotal in taking capabilities from concept to execution across a complex, multicultural environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, design, and build-out of a defined transformation initiative, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical requirements. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects, develop and maintain project plans, and drive change management to ensure the adoption of new tools and workflows. Key responsibilities for the VP, Global Claims Transformation Initiative Lead include owning a transformational program from strategy to adoption, serving as the primary link between business stakeholders, technology partners, and international claims operations, and staying abreast of industry trends in AI, automation, and claims management to identify opportunities for innovation. The role demands a leader who can champion an employee-centered approach to technology rollout, analyze process performance, and implement continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management, a deep understanding of the global insurance industry, and the ability to deliver tangible outcomes for both employees and customers.
