Overview

The Digital Marketing & Branding Intern will support the Marketing team by helping create engaging digital content that strengthens TekSynap's brand and online presence. This internship provides hands-on experience across social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, video editing, and employer branding while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to learn modern digital marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in content development, social media management, campaign execution, brand storytelling, and marketing analytics while contributing to meaningful projects that support recruiting and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with creating and publishing engaging content across TekSynap's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Support day-to-day social media activities by drafting posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and compiling basic performance metrics.
• Design digital marketing assets such as social graphics, flyers, banners, and presentation materials while following brand guidelines.
• Assist with editing short-form videos, employee spotlights, recruiting content, and event highlights.
• Help organize and maintain digital marketing assets, templates, and content libraries.
• Collaborate with members of the Marketing, Recruiting, and internal teams to develop clear and engaging messaging for a variety of audiences.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by assisting with content calendars, researching trends, and tracking campaign performance.
• Provide support for website and careers page updates, graphics, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other learning opportunities to gain exposure to marketing strategy and best practices.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience while offering mentorship and professional development in digital marketing, branding, and communications.

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target hourly range: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Hourly range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
