This is a key leadership role that helps keep the office running smoothly—supporting our clinicians, staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.# **Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:****People First:*** Hiring, training, and mentoring staff* Foster a supportive environment through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations with both staff and clinicians* Ensure staffing and scheduling are thoughtfully planned to support smooth daily operations and patient flow* Keep all required trainings on track and completed in a timely manner**Patient Experience Matters:*** Ensuring patients are scheduled smoothly and registered correctly* Helping patients feel seen, heard, and well taken care of—even when they have questions or concerns* Making sure patient records are accurate and up to date**Behind-the-Scenes Operations:*** Managing the day-to-day details like cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance* Keeping us compliant with healthcare regulations and best practices* Managing inventory and liaising with vendors**Finances & Workflow:*** Overseeing billing, coding, and banking processes* Keeping an eye on spending and helping the practice stay financially healthy* Making sure billing and claims are handled quickly and accurately**Big Picture Support:*** Making sure policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed* Acting as the go-between with our Home Office (Corporate Office)* Helping maintain a respectful, collaborative, and supportive work culture**You Might Be a Great Fit If You:*** Have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience (or an equivalent combo of education and experience)* Are experienced in managing teams and understand HR best practices* Know your way around medical billing, coding, and terminology* Are organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator* Are comfortable navigating healthcare laws, ethics, and compliance* Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems**Work Environment:** This role is based in a medical office setting. You’ll be on your feet, interacting with staff and patients, and occasionally assisting with little ones. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role that truly makes a difference.**Compensation:** $75,000-$80,000 (salary)The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting.
