Quick Facts Location: 13001 Southern Boulevard, Loxahatchee, FL 33470 Start Date: 10/09/2026 Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Per diem / Locum Experience: Board Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist License/Certifications: Active Florida medical license, Board Certified in OB/GYN Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $195.00/hr Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide 24/7 labor & delivery coverage as part of a 4-physician team Manage OB triage, deliveries, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and patient management Support ER coverage and collaborate with Level III NICU, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, and pediatric subspecialists Respond to an average of over 1,800 deliveries and 3,200 triage encounters annually Ensure quality patient care during assigned shifts, adhering to hospital protocols and standards What You Need Active Florida medical license and Board Certification in OB/GYN Minimum 2+ years of hospitalist experience in obstetrics and gynecology Strong clinical skills in obstetric care, fetal monitoring, and surgical assisting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care About the Assignment This opportunity is based at a 204-bed acute care facility with over 30 years of service in the community. The hospital features a Level III NICU, full pediatric services, and serves as a teaching site for medical residents and students.
