Permitting & Data Specialist Administrative Support

- Must have experience applying for permits.
- You are highly organizeddo all your coffee cups handles point the same way?
- You have 2-5 years of administrative or clerical experience
- You can juggle multiple projects with precision and speed
- You have a "YES mentality" and love finding solutions
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with urgency
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You enjoy problem-solving and keeping projects on track and on time
- You are tech-savvy and can navigate databases, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Permitting & Data Entry: Work with city portals to apply for and track permits
- Team Coordination: Support the permit and inspection teams with daily administrative tasks
- Organizing & Processing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Customer & Contractor Support: Respond to permit-related inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Administrative Support: Assist with emails, research, documentation, and phone calls
- Problem-Solving: Quickly adapt to changing needs and deadlines
- Any other duties as requested by your Manager
