Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code and modern CAM platforms to maximize production efficiency. Execute intricate machine setups, including precise fixturing and tooling selection, to ensure repeatable accuracy. Produce high-tolerance components utilizing a variety of metals, including steel and specialty alloys. Verify part integrity by performing detailed inspections against technical blueprints and engineering specifications. Proactively identify and resolve machining challenges to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior operators to elevate overall team performance. Document production metrics and inspection results to ensure full traceability and compliance. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment. Demonstrated proficiency in manual G-code programming. Proven ability to consistently achieve tight tolerances within ±0.001". Preferred Skills Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
