Work Environment\n

This role operates primarily in a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to provide services from home. However, our counselors can also engage in occasional in-person sessions at our outpatient office when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, determining appropriate evidence-based intervention strategies.

• Develop customized and comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs, challenges, and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that draw upon various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to guarantee integrated care that addresses the spectrum of client needs.

• Educate and engage clients' families, ensuring they understand the treatment process and can actively support their loved ones in recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide array of backgrounds, presenting various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience or training in mental health counseling, with a solid grounding in evidence-based practices.

• Strong collaborative skills to effectively interface with a diverse treatment team and achieve optimal client outcomes.
