Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand the client's mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and therapeutic requirements.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Deliver teletherapy services effectively, ensuring a nurturing and engaging therapeutic environment.

• Offer crisis intervention as necessary, maintaining a flexible approach to responding to client needs.

• Participate in regular professional development activities to remain knowledgeable about best practices and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. You will have the autonomy to determine the therapeutic methods that resonate most with you and your clients, fostering an individualized approach to mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
