Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Forte Well-Being, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship conflicts. Our counseling approach is centered around understanding each client's unique history, challenges, and goals, enabling us to provide effective, tailored interventions that resonate with their personal experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates must demonstrate a history free of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with diverse groups.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or working within a community health setting is advantageous. Competence in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness. We especially value candidates who have worked in multi-disciplinary teams and have experience in culturally competent practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
