Remote Project Coordinator

This person will be responsible for coordinating travel for the C-suite, managing logistics for meetings and events, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects. Key responsibilities include:/pulliTravel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation./liliMeeting Event Logistics:/liulliConfirm agendas, secure meeting rooms, and ensure necessary equipment (e.g., projectors) is available./liliOrganize team dinners and coordinate restaurant reservations./liliManage hotel room blocks for events and conferences./li/ulliProject Support:/liulliTrack workstream status reports and follow up on deliverables./liliSupport evergreen projects and assist with IT Town Hall preparations (4 scheduled)./li/ulliAdministrative Tasks:/liulliUtilize Microsoft Outlook and Teams for scheduling and communication./liliMaintain budget tracking and expense reporting./li/ul/ulpWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
