Planned 2025 ad spending will be divided among lead agents working at Redfin as of January 2025. Who You Are Active and unrestricted real estate license. Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market. Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity. Trusted advisor with in‑depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process. Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referral business. Compensation This is a commission‑based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $20,000 to $250,000.
