Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Outpatient, neonate, biopsies, Vas-Arterial Abdom. M-Mode Baby. Phillips Hard Stop. Community Hospital Experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Infant and pediatric experience preferred. Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. RDMS either AB, OB or B, RDMS- AB, RDMS- OB

Preferred Credentials: RDMS-BR

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: Outpatient and inpatient schedule consisting of general ultrasound and interventional procedures (thoracentesis, parasentesis, biopsies). Neonate, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population; primary age population is adult and geriatric.

Shift & Scheduling: M-F with rotating weekends. Standby rotation Saturday 1500-0700 and Sunday 1500-0700. Call requirements *standby rotation *Saturday 1500-0700 *Sunday 1500-0700 Weekend REQ: Yes rotating weekend call 3 pm to 7 AM

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
