Radiology - Ultrasound / Sonographer

Day shift, 5x8 hours (07:00 - 15:30), with rotating weekend shifts (Saturday 15:00 - 07:00 and Sunday 15:00 - 07:00). Job Description We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a beachside acute care hospital. Join our team and deliver exceptional patient care through your expertise in ultrasound procedures, including general and interventional techniques. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients of various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Conduct interventional ultrasound procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, and biopsies. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. Document exam findings accurately using the Epic charting system. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist. Current certifications in BLS and ARDMS. Experience with Epic charting system required. Ability to float between units as needed.
