Overview United Mortgage Lending LLC is a growing, client-focused mortgage company based in Troy, MI. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. Compensation This range is provided by United Mortgage Lending LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage and process a pipeline of 30–50 mortgage loans , from submission to closing Review and validate borrower documentation, credit reports, income, and assets Ensure all loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with lending and investor guidelines Clear underwriting conditions and maintain constant communication with loan officers and underwriters Prepare and review Loan Estimates (LEs), Closing Disclosures (CDs), and related documents Track file progress through LOS (Salesforce) and lender portals Provide top-tier customer service to borrowers throughout the loan process Job Requirements 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience (retail or broker; wholesale experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan products Proficiency with Salesforce and various lender portals (UWM) Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required experience with UWM Education High school diploma or GED Languages English required; Spanish a plus Benefits Competitive base salary + monthly performance bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Professional growth opportunities Job Details Job Type: Full-time Location: Troy, MI 48084 (Required) Languages: English required; Spanish a plus Additional Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Customer Service #J-18808-Ljbffr United Mortgage Lending LLC
