Auto Dealer Customer Service Support

About this position Description: The Automotive Service Support Representative provides essential administrative and customer service support to the Service Department. This position is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused experience while assisting with a variety of daily service operations. Part Time Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm, Alternating Saturdays when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally. Schedule service appointments and route calls to appropriate departments. Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, parts, and general dealership information. Assist with cashier booth operations and customer transactions. Retrieve and pull up customer vehicles as needed. Provide support to the loaner vehicle desk and assist with related customer needs. Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach throughout all interactions. Support the Service Department with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information. Perform all duties in accordance with ADA essential functions and dealership policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional phone etiquette. Reliable attendance and punctuality. ADA Essential Duties Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to operate phones, headsets, and computer systems. Ability to communicate clearly by phone and electronically.
