PST Site Coordinator

Join us in our mission to improve health and lives. Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator in the NWI‑North West Indiana area. Job Responsibilities Observe and report performance, compliance, or staffing issues to supervisors. Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels, and information logs. Monitor monthly productivity reports and report deviations as necessary. Address customer service issues promptly and respectfully. Promote teamwork, cohesiveness, and effective communication among coworkers. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Perform administrative and clerical duties as required. Travel to additional sites when needed. Coordinate and oversee activities of Patient Service Centers within the assigned area. Collaborate closely with PSC staff, management, laboratory staff, and clients for optimal operation. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 1 year or more of experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of experience as a phlebotomist. 1 year or more of experience leading people as a trainer or lead phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency. In‑depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniques. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Standardized color‑blindness test clearance. Pay $19.00 – $29.00 per hour.
