Train and coach warehouse associates on company standards and quality expectations. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper labeling, scanning, and record‑keeping. Monitor compliance with warehouse processes and scan discipline requirements. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. Conduct quality checks to ensure products are properly packaged and protected. Assist with workload planning and task assignments. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely. Serve as the acting warehouse leader when management is unavailable. Partner with leadership to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of warehouse lead or supervisory experience. Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or transportation environment. Experience training and developing warehouse employees. Preferred Experience Furniture handling or final‑mile delivery experience. Forklift certification and equipment operating experience.
