Therapy and Counseling for Women Mental Health Therapist – Denver, CO We are a female‑centric mental health center dedicated to empowering women across all life stages. As a therapist, you will provide individualized counseling and therapy services to clients in our Denver office and online, building a sustainable caseload while supporting a mission of empowerment and equality. Job Overview The position is located in a historic building in downtown Denver. You will manage your own session schedule and can provide flexible hours. During the caseload‑building phase, weekend availability may be required to meet client demand. The role can transition from hourly to salaried as your caseload grows. Responsibilities Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online. Conduct consultations, assessments, and intake screenings for new clients. Write client notes and maintain required documentation. Schedule clients and manage caseload logistics. Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled. Qualifications A graduate‑level psychological counseling‑related degree. Active license in the state of Colorado. PhD or PsyD, Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT, MFTC), Social Worker Candidate (SWC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), or equivalent credentials.
