Title: Clinical Director (BCBA) Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime Hours) Setting: Center-Based Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year Why join us? What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and oversee the clinical and operational performance of a center. Manage and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs. Ensure treatment plans meet best practice standards and drive meaningful outcomes. Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long‑term progress. Coach and mentor clinicians to elevate performance and clinical quality. Partner with leadership to support growth and maintain high standards across the center. What We’re Looking For: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Minimum of 3+ years of BCBA experience in a center-based setting. Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role. Strong clinical foundation across skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
