Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Medical Device Assembler to support our client's team. Location: Aliso Viejo, Ca Shift: 1st Hourly Pay Range – $22-25/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

The Assembler is responsible for using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, work instructions, test equipment, and specialized braiding machinery to perform assembly, braiding, and testing operations on medical devices while ensuring quality and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
• Set up, operate, and monitor patented braiding machinery in accordance with work instructions and quality requirements.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
• Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

Requirements:

• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to follow written company procedures.
• Ability to set up and use patented braiding machinery.
• Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope.
• Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 1-3 years medical device experience
• Good communication skills
