Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $66,399 – $106,947 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for eligible external candidates
Relocation Assistance: Available for eligible candidates

Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Respiratory Care Practitioner to join a Respiratory Therapy team in Spokane, Washington. This role is responsible for providing respiratory care services, supporting ventilatory management, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to help deliver high-quality patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a respiratory professional who is comfortable working in an acute care environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and patient care services.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on patient care plans.
• Operate and maintain ventilatory support systems, respiratory devices, and monitoring equipment.
• Perform patient assessments and respiratory diagnostic procedures.
• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory care treatments.
• Assist with respiratory emergencies, resuscitation support, and patient monitoring.
• Follow department protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education that meets certification/licensure requirements for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
• Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills.
