On behalf of Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware (DE), CareerPhysician, the national leader in academic child health executive search and leadership development, invites applications and nominations for a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the next Division Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology. The ideal candidate will provide vision, leadership, and oversee all divisional missions, including care delivery, education, research, and advocacy. The Division Chief reports directly to the Chair of Pediatrics. Division StrengthsCohesive, Supportive Culture: Collegial and supportive environment with low turnover, mitigating burnout. Established Leadership & Operations: Under the retiring Division Chief’s long-standing leadership, the division has grown significantly, expanding to seven clinic locations across DE, PA, and NJ, along with a Telehealth clinic for MD patients. Robust Clinical Infrastructure: The diabetes program is nationally recognized, ADA-accredited, and a member of the T1D Exchange, with growing involvement in clinical trials.
