What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certification (CF or CCCs required)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, student-centered care

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and document services in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional achievement through research-based intervention
