Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong skills in evaluation, planning, and implementing therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students ages preschool through high school
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy according to IEP goals
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Support and advocate for students’ communication and academic needs
• Engage in professional learning and development provided by the school
