Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Description
Dizario Search is partnered with a client in the manufacturing industry that is looking to add a Senior HR Manager to their team. This person will report to the Director of HR and serve as a key strategic business partner to plant leadership, driving people strategies that support operational excellence, workforce capability, and organizational change.
\n \nResponsibilities :
\n- \n
- Partner closely with plant leadership to develop workforce strategies aligned with production goals, business objectives, staffing needs, and overall plant performance. \n
- Serve as a trusted HR business partner to operations leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. \n
- Lead HR initiatives that support operational excellence, including workforce capability, productivity, retention, engagement, and continuous improvement efforts. \n
- Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee development programs to build a strong internal pipeline of talent across the plant. \n
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including workforce transitions, restructuring, leadership changes, and other initiatives impacting the plant workforce. \n
- Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, performance issues, investigations, policy interpretation, and maintaining a consistent and positive employee culture. \n
- Lead, coach, and develop the site HR team while partnering with corporate HR on broader initiatives, policies, compliance, talent programs, and organizational priorities. \n
Qualifications :
\n- \n
- Bachelor degree required \n
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment \n
- Strong employee relations and leadership experience \n
- Demonstrated success with change management, talent development, and workforce planning \n
- Prior HR experience at a single manufacturing site with 800+ employees is strongly preferred \n
