Job Description

You are a talented restaurant professional and you've had enough of the same, old corporate Bullshit. At Moe's we provide the tools for success in your work day and freedom in your personal life. The facts:

- Above average base salary with Real Bonus Opportunities. Deliver on your end of the deal and you cross over $70,000

- 2 weeks of vacation first year, your birthday off, and we actually close on all Major Holidays. Go enjoy your life with Real Time Off.

- Hours of operation 11:00-10:00 every day at most locations - Say goodbye to 1:00am closes.

- You, and your crew, get the latest model iPhone on your anniversary date with 1,000 hours worked in the year.

- 401(k) match, Health Insurance (80% company paid), and Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5,250 a year - Offered to your Crew as well.

- Your crew will average over 15 an hour, after tips - We take care of your team.

- Manage great people in a modern technology environment with App based scheduling and newly updated POS equipment and software that is all integrated with payroll. Focus on your efforts on crew and your guests!

We prep, grill, and serve real fresh food to our local community every day. We rarely buy ads on TV or radio - we give our Marketing budget back to our local communities. Real Community Love and Support.
