Job Title: Invoice & Billing Specialist
Location: Bogart, GA (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $23/HR–$25/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for an Invoice & Billing Specialist with our client, a growing restoration and environmental services company located in Bogart, GA. This organization specializes in helping residential and commercial property owners recover from water, fire, mold, and environmental damage. The Invoice & Billing Specialist will focus on reviewing project documentation, preparing accurate invoices, and submitting complete billing packages to insurance carriers. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with an immediate start, offering the chance to join a growing team and play an important role in the company's billing and collections process.

Invoice & Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Review completed water mitigation project files to ensure all required documentation, moisture maps, and field logs are accurate and complete.
• Prepare accurate, line-item invoices for property insurance claims using industry-standard pricing guidelines.
• Compile and submit complete billing packages to insurance carriers within established deadlines.
• Audit project documentation to ensure compliance with insurance carrier requirements and minimize billing delays.
• Identify, document, and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted invoices, insurance carrier responses, and requested revisions.
• Monitor billing turnaround times and ensure files are complete and ready for submission.
• Support timely reimbursement by ensuring invoices and supporting documentation are accurate and submitted correctly.

Invoice & Billing Specialist Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume estimating or invoicing for residential property insurance claims.
• Experience in property restoration, water mitigation, roofing claims, or construction billing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, Sage, or similar restoration billing and project management software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of invoices and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
