Lead Maintenance Mechanic

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Maintenance Mechanic to ensure a safe, reliable, and compliant healthcare facility. This role oversees daily building and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems. The Lead Mechanic plans preventive maintenance, manages work orders and vendors, and coordinates inspections to meet healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards. Working in a faith-based, mission-driven environment, this position mentors junior staff, supports remodeling and small projects, and partners closely with clinical leaders to minimize downtime and support high-quality patient care.
