Reconcile monthly warranty financials for group Compile various financial reports for the CFO and dealer group on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Complete administrative tasks associated with financial records as needed Reconcile group financials and compile group records for owners/CFO monthly Qualifications Excellent math knowledge The ability to use their own initiative Customer service skills Flexibility and open-mindedness The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to work well with others Understanding of how to use common industry software 2+ years of Finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Automotive industry Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dealership accounting principles is a plus Experience with all aspects of business office duties Accounting Degree or Finance Degree preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Advanced computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred Professional Appearance Clean driving record & valid driver's license Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check #SAG-CS #J-18808-Ljbffr
