Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration among providers while maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality.

• Deliver individual, family, or group therapy sessions tailored to client goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Document treatment plans and maintain detailed clinical notes that comply with medical records policies, ensuring accuracy and accountability in client records.

• Liaise with community resources and agencies to provide clients with appropriate support services, advocating for their needs while promoting access to care.

• Engage in disposition planning to strategize the ongoing support and treatment needs of clients as they transition through various care levels.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and collaboratively improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily provide services to adult and geriatric populations, with the potential to expand to child and adolescent clients in the future. This role requires an understanding of the diverse challenges faced by these demographics, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
